Kind and great customer service, as I walked in with a small, small job to make some threads on the end of a small shaft. They said it was no problem they would have it Done the next day, not only that, but saving me lots of money in the process.I believe the machinist operator working in back. His name is Butch. I never even spoke with him, but he seemed like a nice guy he proved to me that he has many years experience and many years of service. He knows what he's doing. I'm very grateful for finding them and being one of their customers.
